The Medal recognizes outstanding research and scholarship among faculty members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hele, a member of the Garden River First Nation of the Anishinaabeg in Ontario, joined Mount Allison in 2018. His research areas include Indigenous history, law, and politics.
