Please see the following link to the English version of my most recent paper on the wampum in Quebec in the 19th Century, titled: “Wampum in Quebec from the 19th Century to the Present Day: Appropriation, Loss, Identification.”

It is part of the special issue of the French journal Gradhiva, produced in the context of the CRoyAN project of the Quai Branly Museum of Paris, and the production of the last exhibition Wampum: Beads of Diplomacy.

Please see the nine articles of the whole issue here.
